Are the fragrances authentic?
Absolutely! We only offer 100% authentic fragrances straight from authorized vendors or distributors. No knock-offs, fakes, imitations, or dilutions — just the real deal here.
Is this a subscription service?
Nope! Purchase as many products as you’d like.  A peek behind the curtain:  We are working on a mystery box monthly service.  This will of course be completely optional.  If you subscribe to our newsletter you can find out more as it unveils.
What the heck does decanting mean?

“Decanting” is just a fancy word for “carefully transferring from one vessel to another”. We decant all of our fragrances into a sleek, portable 8ml vial.

Can I travel wth my case and vial?
Yes, our case and vial comply with TSA travel standards for carry-ons.
Do you have any coupons?

Of course! Sign up for our email newsletter to receive 15% off your first order. Beyond that, our newsletter is jam-packed with other exclusive savings, hot new product releases, and current (and trending) fashion tips to make sure you don’t fall out of the loop.

Shipping

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We ship orders within 2 business days of your order date.

How is the product shipped?

USPS Parcel Select Ground is the default shipping method.  Remember:  Perfume/Cologne is considered a “Hazardous” product because of its alcohol content.  It can ONLY be shipped via ground methods.  In other words:  It takes longer.  Typically Coast to Coast (We are California) 6-7 days.

Do you ship outside the U.S?

Not yet — but we are certainly planning on it! If you sign-up for our newsletter, you’ll know the second we do ;).

What is the fee for shipping?
If your order is over $50.00, shipping is free! Orders below $50.00 will incur a small $4.99 shipping fee for USPS First Class.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped you will be emailed a USPS tracking number.  You can follow it all the way to your glorious front door.
Will my fragrance order fit in my mailbox?
Most likely…Unless you have an abnormally small mailbox. The dimensions of the shipping box are 6″ x 4″ x 3″.

How can I pay for the fragrance?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (AMEX), and PayPal.

Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds for my purchase?

While we guarantee the genuineness of the products you receive, we cannot guarantee that you’ll like the scent. Because of this, all sales are final.

Do you accept returns?
We go to great lengths to make sure our products arrive undamaged and as intended. However, once shipped, they are at the mercy of the United States Postal Service…yikes! If your package arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo and email us (orders@fragrancesplit.com) with the product information so that we can send you a replacement.

Please note that returns are only available to the packages that arrive damaged and within 14 days of original shipping date.
