Description
Woody, floral and aromatic accords create a unique scent in Amouage Reflection Man. Amouage introduced this fragrance for men in 2007, created by nose Lucas Sieuzac as a counterpart to the women’s version of Reflection. Rosemary, pimento and rose de Mai top notes unite with a heart of orris root and jasmine to produce a harmonic blend with classic masculine appeal. Subtle yet distinctive, Reflection Man reveals another facet of you each time you put it on.

This is an amazing colgne. I read reviews and heard YouTube review hype it up and it was all true. Such an elegant fragrance, classy. You feel good wearing it, and of course the wife loves it.

YouTube fragrance reviewers seem to think very highly of this cologne, and I was really looking forward to wearing it. Unfortunately, though, the reality does not even remotely live up to the hype!
This scent is feminine and cloyingly “powdery.” It isn’t masculine by any stretch of the imagination. Quite frankly, it smells like something that the stereotypical great aunt lavishes on, leaving a scent trail that lasts for hours after she’s gone. A female friend of mine confirmed the “powdery old lady” vibe. I couldn’t wait for the day to end so I could wash it off.
While YouTube reviews can sometimes lead to some wonderful fragrance discoveries, this was most certainly NOT one such item. I’m thankful for the Fragrance Split site which allows us to sample these colognes without breaking the bank. ^_^
